I want to buy a bmx bike. Never bought one before, have no clue whats the difference between a good one and a bad one :P . Can someone please tell me what are the things to look for in a bmx bike and were i could buy one from? (live in england) Im not interested in a bike that can do tricks or is good to jump and go fast with.
Thank you :)

BMX are made for freestyle (tricks) so, assuming that you want it for that reason; you want to get it light weight. Mine works perfect and its a little under 25 pounds. You want a small frame (as in the bars are skinny) you want a caset for the back wheel, not a freewheel. You can get a freecoaster on the wheel instead of a caset if you have the money. There are 2 very wide variaties of BMX. there are professional, and factory. Factory are bikes made in... a factory. Professional are bikes made by professional installists. The only cheap BMX is a factory made BMX. These range from 80-200$. Pro bikes rang from 180-3000 Mine was 340$. Those are the KEY points of a bike, from there, everything else that will vary on a bike is not as important.
