whats a good AT&T cellphone to buy?

hey everyone im thinking of upgrading my cellphone. i have AT&T service plan and im looking for a phone thats nice something i wouldnt have to pay a data plan for. I DONT WANT TO GET AN IPHONE. does anyone know a good cellphone with a nice camera, touch screen, and YOU CAN use wifi internet like at home WITHOUT A DATA PLAN any suggestions???!?!??!!??!!?!
