whats a good 18inch bike for around 150 and is this a good rim?

the rim is ALIENATION SKYLARK RIM I ride brakeless so thats not a problem but is it strong will it last...

and my little borther is getting his first bmx bike and we going to go buy him one tomorrow... 18 inch around 150 NEED SUGGESTIONS!!!
