whatever happened to GM and Chrysler?

Soooo. im reading articles and all of them say that on march 31 obama said he will give Gm 60 days to make a reconstruction plan and chrsler 30 days. if there plans are rejected they will not gget any money but if ther are accepted chrysler can get up to 6 billion dollars. so by know they probably already got there answer. were they rejected or approved?
 
you're 4 months behind. Both companies restructured in bankruptcy court and the equity is owned mostly by the US government and the UAW. Fiat owns a chunk of Chrysler.
