Whatever happend to that transatlantic league that was discussed a few year back?

you know the one that would take the bigger teams from the smaller nations gers, tic ajax etc?
 
they still tallk about it every so often, however, I did hear that if it happened only one Scottish team would be allowed, think that it would be unlikely that Rangers and Celtic would part company in a league sense. Don't know if it's actually true though or somebody told me after too much of the ol' vino!!
 
i think uefa would do all they could to block it and probably not enough interest from the TV companies
 
aye that was shelved a long time ago. not practical, not enough interest, too many complications to even get the ba rolling.
