what xbox 360 game should i get for christmas?

i am looking at fable 3, assassins creed brotherhood and fallout new vegas
oh and i already have black ops

fable 3 - i have never played fable but it looks fun
brotherhood - i loved ac2 and i really want to know what happens to desmond!!
fallout - i really like fallout 3 but is it much different?
