what wrong with my 2003 Honda accord front blinkers?

I have a 2003 Honda accord ex coupe recently my front blinker lights come on but they don't blink... also when just the parking lights are on the blinker lights blink the left side blinks faster than the right inside the car on the dash...can anyone tell me whats wrong? In the manual its says if it blinks fast it needs to be changed should it come on if it needs to be changed?

rear lights work fine
 
no do not listen to the manual listen to all the dumb-asses here for example the reason it blinks faster is there are three thick cat hairs stuck in the blinker from the neighbours cat that you ran over last week
