If it was down to YOU to make the films what story would you base it on? Mine's not perfect but it's what i'd like the trilogy to be about
Legacy of the Force:
I would set episode VII around the Sith-Imperial war and the rise of Darth Krayt
Collapse of the Republic:
episode VIII would have a new story. It's a slightly different story to episode VII and about 500 years in the future. The Jedi have rebuilt themselves again and now there's over 100,000. However a disturbance causes the Jedi to split into two sides causing Civil War (both sides are good). Towards the end after countless have died, they find that the grand master Jedi was secretly a Sith Lord who plans on ressurrecting the most powerful of Sith including Sidious, Bane, Revan etc. The Sith decalre war on the entire galaxy, resulting in killing trillions of trillions of lifeforms...
The Final Hope:
One year after the galaxy slaughter, thousands of species became extinct, such as the wookiee and the rodian. The Jedi, still having small conflicts with each other, reluctantly agree to fight the Sith etc. A MASSIVE galaxy wide battle is fought which somehow destroys the force all together, leaving only the remaining force sensitives the last to ever posess the powers. The battle is fought and the Sith become extinct forever. The republic have a phyrric victory as almost 2 thirds of the galaxies population were killed. Epilogue: 1000 years later the last Jedi dies, making the Jedi an extinct race as well. However because of the death toll the entire galaxy declares peace and no more wars will ever take place again.
Er, you can think of a better story if you want, and i'd actually change loads of ideas out of my own ideas.
