Hi, what exactly would you use to build a site in php ?

can you please tell me details for design, what? for database , what? etc............


What do I need exactly and in what order do i start making the site?

Oh you need something more than notepad. Try Dreamweaver CS4 from Adobe. I like it a lot. It's a little pricey but it is the best.
