What would you suggest purchasing, for a school news studio?

I help teach a Broadcast Media class, and I just found out that I am in charge of getting together a news studio set up for the next school year.
I have a $10~20,000 budget.
We are planning to shoot then edit it, then airing it. (Won't be live)
We have cameras, but that's about it.
What do you suggest?
