I've only *really* gotten into reading recently, so I'll do Top 5 instead.
1. Twilight/New Moon - Stephenie Meyer (I haven't read Eclipse yet, but i'm sure it's just as good.
2. A Certain Slant of Light - Laura Whitcomb.
3. The Outsiders - S.E Hilton.
4. The Notebook - Nicholas Sparks.
5. A Child Called "It" - Richard Pelzer.
Those are the first ones that come to mind...all amazing books!

the stones of mourning creek- a really sad and heart breaking story about two girls, one black and one white, trying to be friend in a segregated world...really sad but so good....
a child called it- sad story of child abuse
cut- a girl struggling to stop cutting herself
enders game- a little boy basically trying to save the future world from invations of buggers (aliens)
thats all i can think of at the moment...i hope it helped....
