Hello have a 84 honda 200x 3 wheeler and just rebuilt carb on it (it put at specs from the book)having a problem with it idle to high the pilet jet is screwed out 2 and 3/4 turns and it just wont idle down i dont have any vac leaks and the seals are good any help thanks Jay
