I was at an outdoor convention as a sales rep for my company and this lady came buy and asked about warranty. I told her our policy and she said let me see your eyes and told me to take off my sunglasses....I did appease her but wish I hadn't......She wasn't there to buy anything. She only wanted to hassle and try and intimidate me. I can smell her kind a mile away. First time that has EVER happened to me too in 20 plus years of business....Well, what would be your reaction?
