What would you do if you saw me on the street wearing my victorian garden gown?

My name is lady becky and I want to be a victorian reenactor, I'm 22 and want to live a victorian life style, The problem I have is dressing victorian, you see I fear people will make fun of me, or laugh at me, I would love to wear my victorian garden and home gown on the streets freely, My dress looks rather like Lewis Carroll's Alice in wonderland, What would you think if you saw a maiden wearing a Garden gown out on the street? Would you make fun of her?

I would compliment you on your lovely frock.

I LOVE going to the Ren Faire myself. and I make garb- good period garb, too. For many many people! Reenacting is so much fun.
