What would you do if you had this cell phone?

Reported on Nov. 23, a man left his cell phone at a McDonalds. Man called McDonalds and was reassured the phone was kept safe. Later, owner of cell phone found nude pics of his wife which was on his phone posted on the Internet. Man is now suing for 3 million in damages. The man's phone num. and address was also posted online and he has said he has (couple) had to move to another address to avoid stalkers. (Ref: Arkansas, Phillip Sherman.)
