What would you do if you had a neghibor who walked very close to your car with a pail

How much distance is between your car and where she pulls her trashcan? If it's a tight fit then I'd suggest parking so her space to pull is smaller - force her to take a different route?
 
in her hand? My neghibor walks very close to our car with her trash cas bucket next to our car. She is very close and I can't see if she is doing damage to the vehicle. I cannot talk to her because then we will have more problems, and the police wont do anything,,,,
There is a tiny dent on the light but the police wont do anything because i have no proof it was her.
