month old baby was not in a car seat? I am dumbfounded that the cops did not arrest her and I am totally pissed that my husband brought her back to our house... he thinks it was just a mistake but i think this is neglect, abuse anything but a mistake. It is not the first time we caught her doing this but is the first time the cops caught her. I want to keep the baby and kick her little ass out of here what would you do?
