A friend of mine just find out after going to a Tag Agency that he had received a fake car title and paid 2000 U.S. for a use car. He also find out that the was a finance car and the previous owner not even finish paying for it yet, so the previous owner scams him and gave him a fake car title. What would you do in order to get your money back? And the owner is not even picking up his phone. What would you do in that case, give me your best shot.
