Would you have a theme?
Starter?
Main?
Dessert?

I would do an American themed night :) (Im British)
oStarter- Hot & Spicy chicken wings with salsa dip,
oMain- Cheeseburger, Fries & onion rings
oDessert- either chocolate fudge brownie or apple pie! :D
