...other business and the public? I want to start a business in King County, WA making drinks and selling them to other business for them to add to coffee and such, as well as to the public, with no store. In permits and legal terms what would you call such a business? The king county website has a couple forms a food business but i don't know what one this would fall under. The ones give on the website are:

Permanent Food Establishments

Temporary Food Establishments

Mobile Food Establishments

Catering and home-based food establishments

Farmer's Markets
