If the race is on a normal circuit, the Ducati would clean the floor with the Hayabusa, but if the race is a never ending straight, there the Hayabusa could beat the Ducati if it's max speed is higher, (I don't know the max speeds)
Basically the Ducati has much better handling so it goes through corners much much quicker than the Hayabusa which is not a pure sports bike (it's a sport-touring bike or even more specifically, a hyper-sport bike) - hypersport bikes are heavier and built for speed while still maintaining a bit of comfort while pure sport bikes have no comfort, just speed and cornering speed...
