i recently bough one and the mannerisms of the seller made me slightly nervous. He told us that it was 100 dollars at first, but than said he made a mistake and that it was 175 a few minutes later. We bought the phone singularly by itself with no plan, so there were no discounts taken off for that. What would you expect to pay for a Blue Samsung impression refurb by itself, with no contract?
