I couldn't believe that an entire segment of today's episode was on the topic of penis size, where they all exchanged stories over lunch.

Could you imagine the male equivalent and the outcry that would have had?

Four men, talking about women's breat size/ p***y shape, laughing, and being crude.

Could not believe it.
 
They always operate a complete double standard on Loose Women. They often have hunky guys in there pants for them to slaver over; imagine if a bunch of 50/60 year old men were doing the same to some nubile 20 year old girl in her underwear?!
 
It's about time there was mirror of this show on Channel 4 or 5 and see what the reaction was.

In answer to the OP the male equivalent would be something like Spit or Swallow ? Shaven or Hairy. Back or Front ?
