what would the gas on off valves on the bottom of a 76 honda cb 750 chopper be called?

what would the gas shut off valves on the bottom of the gas tank be listed as one is broken and needs replaced but i dont know what to look for to replace it its a 76 honda cb750 i think its a custom chopper though any help would be great
