Jeff has 135 feet of horse fence that he going to use to build a garden on the side of his house. He wants to build the largest (bounded region) garden that the fence will enclose. What would the equation (representing the area of the garden) be to find the answer?

-Top soil: 3inches deep: each cubic yard cost $27
