I hadn't done a thing. The phone is only 7mos. old, Motorola wants $110 & I'd be w/o it for 2wks., no loaner even! I've tried turning it on & off, removing the battery, left it off overnight. Still the dreaded wh. screen!! Anyone know what I can do? Hate the thoughts of having to buy another new phone. Ugh!!
