What would make my heater not work in my 1994 buick century special?

I fixed my heater core before winter and everything was working great, last 2 weeks i noticed a squeling noise and kinds humming when my heat was on anything but high now i have no heat. no matter what setting its on even ac nothing comes out or turns on. What could it be and where are the parts located
