I think she is beautiful. I am joining the Navy Reserve, SO I have the $$ to get surgery. Just help me please. Do I need extensions, nose job, lips. What should i get.

well i don't think you need surgery you are pretty the way you are whichever the one you are. just be more confident you are going into the navy reserve have more confidence in yourself
