What would I be doing in Army Intelligence during my first deployment?

I would like to enlist in the Army as either an Intelligence Analyst or a Human Intelligence Collector. Many people have stated that the MOS of HUMINT Collector is not an entry level position, which is in direct contradiction to what the goarmy.com website states. Other than Counterintelligence Agent, all enlisted Intelligence MOS's are entry level. My question is, what will I be doing after my AIT? Also, what will I be doing during my first deployment since I will most likely be only a Private first class or Specialist when I go? I have heard that Soldiers in the Intelligence field promote very quickly. Does how quickly I promote, the activities that I can conduct, and the amount of responsibilities given to me all relate to how well I do my job? Also, I have seen that HUMINT Collectors are normally grouped into teams when sent on Source Operations and are embedded with infantry units as "support". What kind of support do HUMINT Collectors give to infantrymen? Finally, on a complete different page, will I have plenty of time to complete my college B.S. degree via an accredited school's online program during my off duty hours? I would think that as long as I push myself, there should be no reason that I wouldn't be able to do so within the first four years of my enlistment.
Also, can I get Language training put in my contract even if my specific intelligence MOS does not require it? Finally, what should I expect on the Defense Language Aptitude Test? How difficult is it? I made a 90 on the ASVAB (AFQT portion), 124 General Technical, and "well above the required ST score to even qualify for an Intelligence MOS" according to my recruiter who insists that my scores were so "off the charts" that I need not even look at them. I told you my scores so you can be the judge as to what is "difficult" for me when I asked you how difficult the DLAB is.
