I live with my children and with my mother in her and my fathers house. My parents are not divorced but they dont live together anymore and its been that way since 2004. Hypothetically, what would happen if they both passed away(there both healthy and happy, they'll be sticking around for awhile) and Im still living there??? What would happen to the house? I had a relative ask me but I dont know the answer so Im hoping someone can help me...Thanks..
