Here's the story
basically I'll start from the part that my laptop needed service and I had to send it to repair-and just to let u know it is under warranty
so basically they sent me a box and told me to put my laptop in and send back
I recieved the box on the 18th if November morning and called fedex and they took it on the same day by mid afternoon
anywayz the tracking number said that Sony recieved the laptop on the 22nd
and I gave a couple days then I called to check on the status of the repair and they said that they don't have any update give us a call tomorrow-and this happened like for a whole week
finally today after being put on hold for hours like all the time-they said they haven't recieved the laptop even though the tracking number and I called fedex and both say they have recieved it
it's been 11 business days and they refuse to do anything about it
they said that the rep who printed out the label made a mistake and shouldve sent it to a diffrent facility and they can't do Aything until they find the original laptop-and j rly need my laptop back cuz I'm an online student and I need to study!
What do you think should be done in his case- they refuse to send me a new one an refuse to do anything-I just need your help If u know what would be the bestthing to do-what are my"rights"as to say with Sony based on the story?
