alright so our house has a studio in the backyard its like a one bedroom thing with bathroom kitchen and stuff, well anyway my mom rents it out to people & she does this cuz there rent money helps her pay some bills.
The people that are living there right now have been here for a year or so but they always pay the rent extra late its due on the 9th of every month & they finish paying the rent by the end of the month, they signed a contract before they moved in saying that for every 3 weeks there late on rent they have to pay 50 dollars my moms been nice so far and she never made them pay. Well my mom is tired of them being late all the time, and shes telling them this is there last month here and she wants them out. The guy keeps telling my mom that his gonna take her to court so what i want to know is who would win. (also he hasn't payed the rent for this month and last month if this helps).
