What would happen if someone pretended to be gay to get kicked out of the military?

There's lots of gay people in the army. You won't get much of a reaction if you say you're gay.

Well, you would have to have proof that you are gay, and if the military finds out you're not and are just trying to pull a fast one, you would stand at Court Martial and probably go to prison and become some body's b!tch. And after you get out of prison you wouldn't even be able to get a job at WalMart.

You would be dishonorably discharged in accordance to UCMJ (Uniform code of Military Justice) and prosecuted for Fraudulent Enlistment
