What would happen if gravity suddenly stopped working across the universe?

I know that us humans would just float off, but what about on the big scale, the sun would still orbit around the center of the galaxy for a few thousand years because of the time it would take for the lack of gravity to reach us, correct? (gravity travels at the speed of light)

what else would happen? what about earths orbit? where would we spin off too? what about the galaxies and clusters?
 
Why ask what would happen if something that CANNOT happen, happens? You waste your time and that of others with such a question.
