What would happen if a sexist business owner hung a sign on his door saying

"Help Wanted. No women need apply"? If he was a small business owner that was just him running the business, and he decided to hire just one employee. Supposing he put that sign on his door, and on his ad on craigslist, he put "If you are a woman, don't even think about applying, I will NOT hire you."

What would happen?
