what would colleges do in this case ???!!?

ok so this is the deal i was born in america and lived there till i was 13 and then my parents decided to move us to lebanon to get a better education and let me tell you school here is very hard.
its 3 years later and im now 16 and im planning to go back for college but i was just wondering how could my moving effect the chance of colleges accepting me i mean would it be higher because im better prepared or lower cause of a different reason but i do take the SAT I and SAT II

im really confused so if someone could help plzzz.
 
well if your going to be in HS then it shouldnt be that hard. if its college then they can take you as an international student. if you want to go to college in america u definitely need to take the SATs
