When i pull the knob that is supposed to turn on the low beams/open the head light door, nothing happens. However, when the knob is fully pulled, and i pull back the turn signal lever to activate the brights, the headlight doors open, and the brights come on. The lever does not stay forward, and when it is released the lights turn off, but the door stays open. Although that doesn't work, i have had success using the automatic headlight system ( the switch on the rear view mirror, when pushed it senses when to turn the headlights on in light/dark situations as many newer cars have.) the doors open and the low beams work completely fine, as well as the brights. We think it maybe be an electrical wiring problem, but are unsure.
