what would cause my 95 chevy 1500 to suddenly turn off on the highway?

it can still be the fuel pump, the pump can be running but just not good enough and not give enough fuel and fuel pressure to the engine, so don't rule out the fuel pump just because you can hear it running
 
truck just shut off while driving down the highway and would not start. i checked and it sounds like the fuel pump is turning on, the fuel pump relay fuse and fuel filter are new, the electrical and battery seem fine it just wont turn over, i also have recently replaced spark plugs, wires, dist cap, rotor, coil, and ignition module (this was all before this problem) Almost forgot to mention i have had a service engine light turn on with Code 32 could this be a probem? Thanks for any suggestions.
