What Would cause a 2001 honda accord ex v6 to turn over a long time before it starts?

It only does this when the engine is fully warmed up. it has just recently had a tune up done.
Had New tune up. Engine turns over fine so its not the starter. Could it possibly be the fuel pump main relay?
