If i happened to pull in to an automatic car wash, turn on the AC (little shake), then when pulling out i kinda hear a scraping sound from my driver's side front? My car is a 2000 VW Golf, and now the check engine light is on, it shimmies between 2000 and 3000 RMP to change gears, and when in reverse: there is a little whitish smoke that comes out.
With out dropping a grand into it, does anybody have an opinion on what is going on?
