What would be the ideal workout to improve my volleyball game?

I am trying to make a training schedule for the upcoming sports season, but most importantly I am focusing on which muscles I should work out to help my volleyball game. I am currently and outside hitter, I am 5'8" with about a 20 inch vertical, which I hear is pretty impressive for a jr. high girl.
If you could, I would love to know some specific workouts to do to tone myself and get in shape. I know you should work your legs, arms, and abs, and also work on stamina and endurance, but I just need to know some actual workout "moves" to do.
Currently, I do volleyball for 2 hours 3 times a week (not a lot of conditioning) and I try to swim about 400 meters 3-5 times a week.
So please give me some "moves" that will make me a better athlete/ volleyball player.
