I am ordering a guiar effects pedal in to the UK from the USA. The pedal itself is $197.50, so that's about £126.80, and the shipping is $36.00, so that's about £23.11. So the total price is £149.91. How much would customs duty be? What would I be paying in total? I've looked on HM Customs website but it's damn near impossible to navigate, and over and above that I don't know which category guitar effects pedals fall into. Please could someone help me out?
