I have Dreamweaver 8, is there anyway I can make something like this webpage.

Without having to make multiple pages manually per item column for example, (category A to Z, category Z to A, Title A to Z, Title Z to A, Date Oldest to Newest, etc.)
If I was to making something like this, how would I go about doing it in dreamweaver.
I don't have coldfusion so is there a way to do it then, cuz I noticed that was the file type they used for that page.
