what would be the best mx bike ,to began for a 30 year guy?

that have plenty of road experience but almost nothing in of road &dirt
some one told me that a 2 stroke bike ,is the best school ,on the other hand,some one told me that it will scare me ,im confused...
also ive been told ,that of road experience would make you a great road rider,but not the opposite , that transferring from road to dirt would ruin . if you start dirt from zero would be better why??
 
it depends on your height and weight. if your 30 than i would go with a 4 stroke 250cc. for a begginer i wouldnt get a 2 stroke. but if you like alot of power and you think you have the balls i would go with a 450.
 
In my experience the best MX bike is Honda. Depending on your height depends on what one you will want. I suggest a CR250. It has a lot of power so it will lift you off the ground. It is a really nice bike.
