i love biking. i'm not a competitive rider, i just enjoy the ride and the exercise. last january i was hit by a car while on a ride and even though the accident didn't affect the love i have for biking and i've completely recovered from my injuries the anxiety of it happening again has kept me from riding as often. i want to get an indoor bike trainer so i can keep exercising but i dont know what kind of trainer would be best for me and my bike. i ride a 49cm single speed road bike. i dont know if that makes a difference or not. any suggestions on what kind of trainer might be best would be appreciated.
