Im a member and wanna know the fastest way to get 70 in both attack and strength. I use full rune, a rune scimmy, obby cape,rune gaunts(not part of the set so i dont consider it part of "full rune"), fighter boots, and glory ammy.
Ive been training on spiders in stronghold of security, the lvl 50 ones of course. I might go for 70 def after i get 70 att and str. so what would be the fastest way to achieve my goal of 70 att and str? OH and if your one of those peeps that like to be really really helpful and like to post the full blown guide type answers, post all quests and equipment needed for what you are describing. AND TO THE PEEPS WHO SAY I SHOULD QUIT RUNESCAPE DONT BOTHER ILL QUIT IF I DECIDE IVE HAD ENOUGH
