I agree with the camera store gift cert., although my favorite thing is the bendable tripod with the suction cups...they're all over the internet, lightweight and portable, and can be set in some unusual angles. Otherwise, I also enjoy the markers you use to color on b&w photos. They can be a lot of fun and aren't that expensive.
My local frame shop also has frames with laser cut mattes already in them in standard sizes. The selection is enormous. Sometimes it's just handy to have a few on hand.
