We are looking for a fun way for kids to play in a "Wii Tournament". The Ronald McDonald House is having a reunion of families that have stayed there and plan on raising funds to add-on a bunch more rooms as the current building, though large, could provide for more families in need. I am going to have a Guitar Hero III competition going on but need to find something on the Wii that is a bit quicker so that a larger quantity of people can participate. Needs to be something that requires little to no operational instruction and something all ages can enjoy. I was thinking about maybe racing in Mario vs. Sonic @ Olympic Games. That's what Nintendo had as a quick competition @ a vendor fair...two people race-winner gets a prize. (It was a DS Lite bundle there!) The controls are easy and the race is not 4-5 mins long like a song on Guitar Hero. Can you think of anything we could play to excite these kids in a tournament type format? We would love to tie in a way to raise money too!
