What would be a good started bmx bike for a 10 year old?

He's about to turn 10 and is 4'7" tall...weighing about 70 pounds (i think). I have been trying to search online and its overwhelming!
He has a bike now but it's a little heavy for him to do tricks on.
Any suggestions? Something $200 or less
