What would be a good Haro BMX bicycle for 8 yr old beginner?

8yr old wants a Haro bicycle for his birthday. His friend of the same age just got the Haro F2. My son has only had the cheap walmart type bikes before so this is new to him and us. What would be good to start him out with but that we could keep for years? He wants something light to go fast and he wants to learn tricks on it.
 
i ride bmx, and race. I would suggest to you go and see your RedLine Dealer. For a great fit and a great bike. Harro ugh.
